Elasticsearch

If you are using Elasticsearch within your Sage X3 solution, Sage will strongly recommend installing the latest version of Elasticsearch (see prerequisites).

Installation of the patch

x3-patch-12.0.39.zip file

The patch must be updated using the Updates function of the Syracuse server (Administration > Utilities > Update > Updates).

The .zip file contains:

DELIVERY: for externalized resources

DIVPAT_Pxx: for presettings (Pxx related to the patch)

FILES: for standard patches

INDPAT_Pxx: for additional translations (Pxx related to the patch)

LAN: for standard patch translations, except FRA-ENG

Manual actions

Automatic journal BPSIN has been updated

Setup > Financials > Accounting interface > Automatic journals (GESGAU)

The line below has been added to the following automatic journal to indicate the Spanish retention amount.

BPSIN automatic journal, line 70 added for Spanish legislation only, using the following formula [F:PIH]CEEFLG=2 & [F:PIL]TAX1<>""

Note: Automatic journals are integrated into the X3 parent folder only.
Before copying them manually to the X3 operating folder from the Automatic journals function (GESGAU), start the Automatic document comparison function (CMPGAU) to identify your variances.

Automatic journal STKRE has been updated

Setup > Financials > Accounting interface > Automatic journals (GESGAU)

The lines 140 (Stock transit (USA BRI)), 150 (Stock increase Subcontract), 160 (Increase Adjustment subcontract) and 250 (Landed costs) have been updated to take into account the intracompany receipt flow (link to a subcontract order):

Line 140: Updated the second condition which is "[F:STJ]VCRTYPORI=4 and [F:STJ]VCRTYPREG <> 36"

Line 150: Updated the second condition which is "[F:STJ]VCRTYPORI=36 or ([F:STJ]VCRTYPREG=36 and [F:STJ]VCRTYPORI=4)"

Automatic journal FXREV has been updated

Setup > Financials > Accounting interface > Automatic journals (GESGAU)

The lines below have been updated in the following automatic journal to retrieve the account defined by the user.

FXREV automatic journal, Lines 6 and 7:

Update of the Amount Formula.

Default dimension STKINVD has been updated

Setup > Financials > Accounting interface > Default dimensions (GESCDE)

For the STKINVD Stock Count Detail

For the product table, the identifier is now defined as func TRTX3CPT.GETITMIDT(nolign-1). It loads the default dimension on stock count lines if the lines are deleted and then re-added manually.

Before, it was [M]ITMREF(nolign-1).

Note: Default dimensions are integrated into the X3 parent folder only. To benefit from the STKINVD default dimension update, copy it from function GESCDE in the X3 folder using the copy button to update the child folders.

Default dimension STJSOR has been updated

Setup > Financials > Accounting interface > Default dimensions (GESCDE)

For the STJSOR Misc Stock Mvt: Issue

On the tab "Identifiers", the Product value has been updated with [F:ITM]ITMREF. It provides the correct analytical dimensions, when using the SMO import template.

Before it was [M]ITMREF.

Note: Default dimensions are integrated into the X3 parent folder only. To benefit from the STJSOR default dimension update, copy it from function GESCDE in the X3 folder using the copy button to update the child folders.
